Responsibilities
- To develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key corporate and maritime clients.
- To identify new business opportunities with existing accounts by collaborating with clients to develop corporate healthcare solutions to meet their evolving needs, including upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- To actively manage and track the end-to-end sales cycle of opportunities from lead generation to deal closing and contracting, including maintaining an up-to-date sales pipeline and disciplined process of client relationship management.
- To ensure smooth and timely delivery of commercial projects from deployment planning to on-the-ground execution, working closely with internal teams such as operations, procurement, technology, finance, and HR.
- Support acquisition of new clients by working closely with Chief Corporate Development Officer to engage and cultivate potential accounts.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, sales operations, or a related role, preferably within the healthcare sector
- Strategic thinker with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment
- Knowledge of the Maritime sector and its health and safety regulations is a plus
