We are looking for a dedicated professional to join our team as a Senior / HR Systems Specialist. In this role, you will assist the Manager in overseeing HR Technology projects and play a crucial part in enhancing our Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
Key Responsibilities:
· Analyse HR users' business requirements and processes
· Review and recommend solutions to ensure the HRIS meets organisational needs
· Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing
· Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues raised by HR users
· Address staff queries related to HR systems, including troubleshooting and providing solutions
· Escalate issues according to the support structure when necessary
· Assist HR users with operational needs and guide them in optimising HR systems
· Review work processes using Lean and 5S methodologies
· Explore innovative technologies such as Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
· Develop tools to improve business processes
· Conduct periodic audit on system user security access
Job Requirements:
· Degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Human Resources, Engineering, Science, Business or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years’ experience in a HR business environment, preferably with Human Resource Information Systems
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
· Experience in SAP SuccessFactors and Project Management will be an advantage
· Collegial and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a team or independently
· Self-motivated with the initiative to complete assigned tasks and monitor project timelines
