About the Role:
- Subject matter expert for Health & Safety Wellbeing and primary interface within defined geographic regions for both C&W and client representatives.
- Adapt and standardize HSW agreed processes, plan and activities calendar to operate across the client account. Develop and deploy HSW training and awareness for site contacts.
- Devise and implement an HSW audit program to monitor compliance against statutory regulations, reduce risk and improve performance against C&W HSW management systems and processes as well as client’s HSW expectations.
- Implement safe working practices and procedures and maintain a high awareness of safety by training employees and work permit system.
- Support the implementation of client’s HSW management system within defined client region and C&W scope of operations.
About You:
- Minimum of 6-10 years of experience of EHS management, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of local industrial safety regulations (has in-country required license/s)
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is required.
- Comfortable corresponding with executive level clients and interacting with individuals at all levels.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skill
