Responsibilities:
· Deliver exceptional frontline customer service.
· Manage appointment scheduling and patient registration.
· Handle phone calls and respond to inquiries.
· Process medical insurance claims, issue tax invoices, and manage payment collections.
· Perform administrative and clinical tasks, assist with simple procedures, and handle ad-hoc duties as needed.
Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting.
· Previous experience in a healthcare organization is a plus.
· Proficient in medical insurance processing.
· Tech-savvy.
· Team player with the ability to work independently.
· Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
· Capable of planning and multitasking effectively.
· Possesses a positive work attitude and a willingness to learn.
· Availability to start on short notice is preferred.
