Responsibilities

· Undertake nursing duties (i.e. phlebotomy, subcutaneous/intramuscular injections, simple wound dressings)

· Perform basic triage, provide medical care and patient counselling

· Responsible for medication dispensing

· Manage patient case notes, including maintenance of a current and accurate filing system, prepare new case notes, retrieve and file back case notes.

· Chaperone doctor, prepare patients for examination as needed

· Perform administrative duties including patient registration, payments, booking of appointments, financial counselling, stock-taking and managing insurance claims.

· Ensure availability and operation of the necessary equipment (e.g. NETS/credit card, etc), supplies (e.g. medication, masks, stationery), and systems.

· Ensure a high standard of medical care and service delivery are provided and maintained.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Nursing with at least 2 years of working experience

• Registered with Singapore Nursing Board

• Ability to perform Phlebotomy and Cannulation will be an advantage

• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Good customer-service mindset

• Passionate to learn and work in the Healthcare sector

You will be responsible for your individual sales target, including the following job responsibilities:

· Ability to analyse and identify customers’ skin (face especially), scalp and body issues professionally and offer best solutions through company’s premium services and products.

· Engage and establish good relationship with prospects.

· Maintain a good after-sales relationship with clients and ensure their needs are fulfill and handled in a professional manner.

· Educate and promote suitable treatments and products to clients.

· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor or management.

Requirements:

· Minimum 1 year of relevant sales experience.

· Basic knowledge of aesthetics treatments and procedures.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

· Aggressive in customer care and therefore translating into good sales.

· Good language proficiency to correspond with English and Mandarin speaking clients on different treatment packages.
