Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in dental medicine or a related field, with a preference for master's or doctoral degrees.
• At least 8 years of experience in dental medicine product management, including over 3 years of team leadership experience.
• Excellent strategic thinking and market analysis skills.
• Outstanding communication skills and team management abilities.
• Familiarity with the dental medicine product market and industry trends.
