Our Client:
Our client is one of the world’s leading manufacturers and marketers of quality skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care products. We are looking for a Regional Assistant Visual Merchandising Manager (12 Months contract-Convertible) to establish, own & drive VM priorities, workflow & management of designs in APAC.
Key Responsibilities:
VM Launch Guidelines
· Develop & issue APAC VM guidelines for the brands.
· Study TRWW launch guidelines with the marketing team & adapt APAC to different markets’ needs.
VM Planograms – New door opening / Renovations / Events
· Work on VM planograms and order collaterals and, lightbox visuals in a timely manner.
· Assist VM Manager in establishing a new launch format for template and process.
· Develop & produce update tiles for local executions via TRWW offerings or local suppliers.
Lightbox Planning
· Assist VM Manager to align with APAC marketing on launch priorities and lightbox cadence.
· Review lightbox visual cropping/layouts with suppliers for different markets/formats across APAC.
Event Design & Planning
· Review promotional sites and develop unique requirements for launches/promotions including HPP/SPP.
· Manage agency with event design and development of the scaled drawings and details.
IMD Ordering for new launches & counter installations.
· Review offerings being sent out via IMD or TRWW.
· Establish requirements through forecasting & orders with marketing.
Job Requirements:
· BA in Design related fields or BFA preferred.
· Experience working in fast-paced organization, able to communicate & multi-task with different external & internal departments to execute the completion of projects.
· Keen interest & passion for the beauty industry business & lifestyle products.
· Knowledge of computer programs including, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, Microsoft office
