• UK clinical experience is preferred, ideally within NHS Primary Care
• An interest in research and scientific studies
• Experience in scientific writing, publication of peer-review journal publications is preferred
• Client relations, liaising with external parties internationally, strong leadership and presentation skills
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

About the Job

We are looking for a Pharmacy Technician to join us in our procurement team to support our GPs and clinic staff on the frontlines.

This is a full-time onsite role. If you’re a dynamic individual with a can-do attitude and a service-oriented mindset, we want you!

You will be responsible for day-to-day procurement support for the pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical needs of Bridgepoint Health.

The Role

• Perform inbound stock receipt, checking and repacking
• Process orders in accordance to set standards
• Perform quality checks on orders and pack for delivery
• Manage inventory, including performing ordering, stock replenishment, cycle counts and stock take
• Perform data entry and billing procedures for goods and services provided
• Coordinate deliveries to clinics
• Support maritime clinic services (e.g. quotation, medication delivery) based on the vessel schedules
• Ad hoc duties (including cross-functional support, quality improvement initiatives, etc.)

The Person

• Diploma in Pharmaceutical Science or Certificate in Pharmacy Technician course
• Minimum 2 year working experience in healthcare industry, preferably a pharmacy setting
• Experience in medication delivery processes, pharmacy automation setup or outpatient pharmacy operations will be advantageous
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software (Excel, Word) is required
• Team player with excellent analytical and organizational skills

• Review permit to work documents
• Review Toolbox Meeting records via App
• Conduct safety inspections at site
• Conduct Toolbox meeting and safety briefings
• Ad hoc site visits
• Conduct on-site safety training to workers

Candidate Profile:

• Possess WSQ Certificate in WSH Level “A” or Basic Construction Safety Supervisor (BCSS) Certificate
• Candidates should be self-motivated and possess strong interpersonal skills dealing with diversity in the workplace
• Proactive with excellent analytical ability
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience
• Passion to promote Health and Safety
