ROLE OVERVIEW
As Managing Director of GCI Health Singapore, you are responsible for driving the continued excellence and growth of the agency, ensuring the maintenance of GCI Health’s market leadership and an ambition to continuously provide a unique client and employee experience.
You will have a hands-on approach to managing the business, which will include responsibility for strategic planning, client service excellence, new business development, operations, profitability, and team coaching and development.
Like all our leadership team members, you will also directly lead several account teams, delivering strategic and award-winning programs that exceed client expectations and objectives, and set us apart from our counterparts.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Key experience and skills required to perform this role are:
- A true passion for the healthcare industry, with an outstanding, in-depth knowledge of the regional Asia-Pacific healthcare environment, as well as individual market landscapes
- Experience in managing large healthcare communications accounts for blue-chip companies
- Experience managing a profitable and successful healthcare communications agency team
- Delivery of key strategic projects identified for the business/local office to drive company priorities
- An ability and successful experience in securing new business, managing the full pitch process, from lead to presentation and beyond
- Ambitious, creative, curious and energetic, with outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Hold client service at your core, always looking for ways to improve the quality of our client services and educating the team on the same
- A team player, someone who is keen to mentor and guide staff and who will always be respectful and conscientious with co-workers
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, organisational and cross-cultural skills
- A talented networker, with excellent industry contacts, that can be mined for new business opportunities
