· Perform reception and front office duties

· Provide administrative support to designated COMIT and CREST programmes

· Assist to chaperon vendors/contractors during repair works or maintenance when required

· Monitor and assist in the booking of meeting/counselling rooms when needed.

Requirements

· At least GCE O Level/A Level certificate or Diploma in any discipline

· Preferably some experience in both office administration and front office responsibilities with good telephone etiquette skills

· Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

· Independent and service-oriented team player

· Possess effective organisational and follow-up skills with a sharp eye for details
