The Sales Representative & Merchandiser will be the face of our company for our retail customers. He/she will ensure that our brands are well represented and prominent within supermarkets as well as maintain healthy working relationships with store managers, department heads and team leaders.

The candidate would be required to:

· Visit stores on a regular basis and manage stock take, rotation and stock display (about 25 stores per week)

· Avoid out of stock for all our products

· Establish and maintain close working relationships with in-store managers / supervisors / team leaders

· Assist store teams to submit order forms into the systems

· Negotiate space buys for secondary displays as well as demo space bookings

· Support in set-up of events (ad-hoc basis)

Job Scope

1. Perform client consultation and recommend suitable styles and colours for clients.

2. Cut, perm, colour,highlight, balayage, ombre, scalp and hair treatments

3. Upsell services and products that are suitable for clients.

4. Handle payments, keep records of colours / services done by clients.

5. Maintain salon hygiene and cleanliness.

Job Description

The Centre Supervisor is based in the Day Centre for Seniors and liaises with key partners, to plan, and coordinate programmes and ensure smooth execution/operation of the centre's activities for the elderly. They will also manage a team of support staff and perform administrative duties.

You will

• Review, develop and implement projects, events, and external partnership management
• Provide cover support to other centres when needed
• Support and conduct training for staff
• Work with the Centre Manager to ensure that the centre meets the regulatory and internal requirements
• Administrative duties to support the daily functions and maintenance of the centre
• Staff management with roster planning and training management
• Ensure implementation of planned programmes/activities in the centre

You should

• Thrive in a collaborative and dynamic environment
• Have strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Have experience in operations and in supervisory positions
• Be proficient in Google Suite applications

It would be great if you

• Have experience in community care or healthcare settings
• Can converse in local dialects

Qualifications

• Diploma in Health Science/ Gerontology/ Social Work
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the social service sector
