1. Proactive in engaging with customers
2. ⁠Listening to customer’s needs & wants and help them to find the right products
3. ⁠To make sure the product display & booth tidy
4. ⁠Able to deliver the correct and meaningful interactions with the customers
5. ⁠Able to deliver good sales performance
6. ⁠Take into account to manage the inventories

i) Manage the team of sales and manicurist, and manage the shop operations

ii) Provide professional nail services including manicure and pedicure, nail extension and gel nailservices

iii) Provide eyelash extension and hair extension

iv) Promote products and services, assist the customers for the selection of products and services

Work Place: Near to Bugis MRT

Responsibilities:

• Involving in both restaurant and salons operations is mandatory
• Manage day to day restaurant & salons operations, and ensure a positive outlet image
• Coordinating front and back of the house operations for smooth delivery of services
• Training / coaching of new and current staff on customer service best practices
• Managing staff training, schedules and work performance
• Organize and supervise shifts
• Respond promptly to customer complaints, suggest solutions to resolve complaints
• Ensure compliance with safety and sanitation regulations
• Control operations cost and identify measures to cut wastages
• Maintaining market awareness and developing new and innovative processes for more efficient restaurant operations
• Preparing of reports
• Analyze and forecast sales figures to maximize profits

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor Degree in Hospitality, Retail Management or related field
• Proven work experience as Restaurant Manager / Hospitality Manage
• Strong leadership skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Financial Management skills
• Customer service oriented
• Proven experience as Head of Operations or equivalent position in a fast moving company
• Posses strong knowledge of beauty and F&B industry 's legal rules and guidelines
• In depth knowledge of diverse business functions and principles (beauty lifestyle especially salon, logistics, supply chain, customer service, etc)
• Working knowledge of data analysis and performance / operation metrics

1. Singapore Citizens or PRs are preferred;

2. It is best to have more than 3 years of work experience in BEAUTY CENTRE MANAGER OR SHOP SALES MANAGER .

3. The salary range is between SGD 6000-11999.

4.Work 6 days a week, overtime on Saturday and Sunday, shift work system.
