• Owns the master product information of all details and specifications; acts as the product go-to person in the organization.
• Devise product marketing plans for how the products will be sold, different sales channels, price point & advertising, in both local & overseas markets.
• End to end project management of new products development cycle from ideation to go-to-market launch.
• Conduct market research, derive data from online tools & social listening, consumer sampling surveys, internal feedbacks, etc.;
• To understand market trends and consumer likes into snacking and providing recommendations to business teams.
• Work with internal teams such as R&D, Design, Supply Chain and Business teams to project manage and ensure key milestones are met i.e. new products, new pouch sizes, etc.
• Manage & execute Lo Hong Ka and Jynns products' positioning as a consolidated products portfolio for the organization.
• Responsible for product features copywriting, product description, products' ad copy and product design feedback.
• Responsible for products' content, online and offline, to ensure the copies are compelling to audiences.
• Work with Malaysia Marketing Team to improve and on part on all marketing plans
• To act as the communication point for both Malaysia and Singapore Marketing Team
• To support the General Manager to run a smooth operation in Singapore

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree in Product Marketing, Branding, or related field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in a product marketing and/or product branding position, or in a similar role.
• Familiar with product marketing tactics (e.g. coordinated product launch in more than 1 market).
• Conducted marketing analysis before with qualitative and quantitative data.
• Good understanding of how FMCG products are being sold.
• Creative and keen eye for detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The incumbent is responsible to:

• Perform specimen reception, preparation, and packing of specimens
• Assist with telephone reception duties and ensure patients’ bills are accurate and correct
• Carry out specimen analysis, operate, maintain and troubleshoot the analysers and validation of results
• Able to troubleshoot and explain basic problems and escalate when required
• Knowledgeable on Quality Control (QC) (eg. Westgard, criteria, EQA) and verification of QC results and assist to troubleshoot issues
• Adhere to the department’s standard operating procedures and safety requirements
• Assist in the supervision and guiding of junior staff
• Revise or write new SOP

Key Responsibilities:

Event Planning and Coordination:

• Plan, organize, and coordinate all logistical aspects of roadshow events, ensuring seamless execution from inception to completion.
• Develop comprehensive event timelines, budgets, and project plans, and adhere to deadlines and financial parameters.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and operations teams, to align event objectives with overall business goals.

Vendor and Venue Management:

• Source and negotiate with vendors, suppliers, and venues to secure competitive pricing and ensure high-quality event delivery.
• Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, audiovisual requirements, and transportation.
• Manage relationships with vendors and ensure all contractual obligations are met.

On-Site Event Management:

• Oversee event set-up, tear-down, and day-of logistics to ensure smooth operations.
• Supervise on-site staff, volunteers, and temporary personnel, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Address any issues or challenges that may arise during events promptly and effectively.

Compliance and Risk Management:

• Ensure compliance with all relevant legal, health, and safety regulations throughout the planning and execution phases.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and liabilities.

Post-Event Evaluation and Reporting:

• Conduct thorough post-event evaluations to assess event success and effectiveness in meeting objectives.
• Analyze attendee feedback and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for future events.

You will be responsible in providing Occupational Therapy in inpatient and/or outpatient in an integrated general hospital You will participate in administration, clinical supervision, research supervision, professional education as and when required.

Job Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients referred for occupational therapy independently
• Implement appropriate treatment plans and comply to clinical standards
• Provide timely review of patients in the continuum of care
• Document patient’s progress and records accurately
• Manage and supervise C-reg/junior OTs where applicable.
• Involve in administrative duties such as charging, statistics collation.
• Communicate and collaborate with other healthcare members in the multi-disciplinary team
• Participate and assist in managing clinical and/or service initiatives
• Assist in providing clinical education of occupational therapy students
• Contribute to departmental in-service training programmes and hospital educational talks

Requirements

• Recognised Diploma / Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Fresh grads are welcome to apply
• Interest in working in the following areas: Geriatrics, Neurology, Orthopedics (including hand therapy) & Palliative Care, prior experience in any of these areas will be an advantage
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work well in a team and also independently

The incumbent is responsible to :

• Ensures medication management in own area of work is efficient, zero-wastage and inaccordance with best professional practices
• Reviews medication orders (medication chart or prescription) for appropriateness and intervenes with prescriber or follows up where necessary
• Ensures medications received by patients are packed correctly and dispensed within target turnaround time
• Ensures that all medication related costs and revenue in own course of work are accounted for and accurately recovered where applicable
• Assigns, overseas and reviews the work of subordinates in the same area of work. Ensures that all prescription, sales, supply, storage and distribution of medications, as well as their documentation, comply with legal requirements and relevant regulations established by the relevant authorities
• Precepts and trains pre-registration pharmacists, pharmacy technicians and pharmacy/pharmaceutical students according to training plan and guidelines
• Attends and provides lectures and other forms of continuing education to pharmacy staff and other hospital employees
• Provides feedback to inform department's continuing education agenda
• Leads research or quality improvement projects in the department

Job Requirements :

• Degree in Pharmacy accredited by the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Registered Pharmacist with the Singapore Pharmacy Council
• Minimum 2 years' experience in hospital pharmacy-related work or minimum 1-2 years' experience in hospital pharmacy-related work with a relevant postgraduate degree
