SAMH manages the Mobile Support Team (MST), it is a community based allied health-led team which provides psycho-social therapeutic interventions for clients with mental health needs and support for their caregivers to maintain clients wellbeing in the community.

Purpose

Responsible for the provision of case management services and support for persons in recovery from mental health conditions/possible mental health conditions, and their caregivers.

Core Duties:

• Case management, implement and coordinate follow-ups with case plans
• Conduct home visits to clients and caregivers where necessary
• Provide individual and family counselling, group work and support
• Administrative support, to write case recordings, case reports and correspondence to agencies
• Collect and verify client-related information and compile updated records for reporting
• Outreach involvement, to conduct in-house and external talks, man information booths to promote SAMH services and to raise awareness of mental health concerns
• To collaborate with and support other SAMH programmes or projects when required
• Provide guidance for case management practices and facilitate the development of staff’s growth with agency
• Other administrative and support duties assigned

Qualifications

• At least a recognized Basic/Honours Degree in Social Work, Counselling or Psychology
• 3 to 5 years of direct case management intervention experience in social service/mental health setting, preferably in social or counselling work
• Experience in supervisory role in the area of clinical management of persons with mental health conditions will be preferred
• Effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin with the clients

Roles & Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily operations
• Supervising staff and schedulling shifts
• Deliver professional nail services including manicure/ pedicure, extension and gel nail services
• Good excellent cleanliness and hygiene practices
• Recommending various nail designs and nail art to clients
• Evaluating the condition of clients’ nails and advising them on proper nail care and suitable nail care treatments
• Sanitizing all nail instruments and equipment before each use
• Ensuring that workstations are kept clean and orderly
• Ensuring that nail supplies are adequately stocked
• Advise clients on nail care and use of products and colors
• Promote and sell nail care products
• Schedule client appointments and accept payments
• Other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

• With or Without experience - Candidates with experience will be an advantage
• Able to work on weekends and PH
• Good communication skills and cheerful personality

The Programme Executive (PE) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the programmes offered by the Institute, and assigned frontline student services. He/She may be assigned to various functions/tasks, and hence he/she should possess have good EQ and inter-personal communicatons skills, in order to be able to work with other departments.

The PE’s responsibilities include the following:

1) Perform frontline / customer services

a) Liaise with external organisations/participants with regards to the programme delivery.

b) Liaise with teammates and other stakeholders to provide student recruitment, orientation and admission.

c) Manage expectations, feedback and enquiries from students/public on programmes offered.

d) Assist in data collation, reporting and analysing department’s statistics and data.

2) Inter-department collaboration

a) Support the delivery of programmes and work with internal departments to fulfil other administrative duties as required, which include tasks related to finance, logistics, operations, marketing, etc.

b) Participate in continuous performance review and work improvement process

3) Any other duties as assigned by Team Lead / Supervisor or Head of Department.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in program management, student services, or a similar field is preferred.
• NITEC/A-level / Diploma holder
• Proficient in Microsoft excel/word/power point
• Self-driven, resourceful, organised and meticulous
• Good interpersonal and communications skills
• Good presentation skills
• Able to meet tight deadline
• Able to work well in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Willing to learn and can adapt to changes.

Essential Criteria

• AHPC registered Physiotherapist or possess a degree in physiotherapy from an AHPC recognised institution with the ability to obtain registration to work in Singapore
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in musculoskeletal physiotherapy
• Pilates or Yoga trained
• Strong desire to work in womens/pelvic health
• Evidence of attendance at women’s health/ pelvic floor training courses
• Strong clinical reasoning and physiotherapy knowledge
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Keep upto date with mandatory documentation
• Ability to work autonomously and as a part of a team
• Have a proactive approach, be hardworking, and strive for excellence
• Willingness to continue to expand your clinical skills and knowledge base
• A desire to grow with the practice

• Visceral trained
