Responsibilities:

• Sales of Cabling and Security Systems (ie. CCTV, PA system, access control, alarm/ intrusion detection, ELV systems, electrical power points, network and data structured cabling, and network infrastructure).
• Proactively identify prospects in the market, follow up, and secure sales order
• Be responsible and accountable for sales targets by meeting sales target within agreed timeline
• Abide to the Company’s internal work processes & documentation
• Provide market feedback on product improvement to the Management
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when required

Requirements:

• Mechanical and Electrical Knowledge preferred.
• Independent, disciplined, organized, and collaborative team player
• Possesses good communication skills to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking associates
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

To make sure every driver feels supported, heard, and valued. Your Day-to-Day Adventures:

• Provide stellar after-sales support to our drivers, ensuring they have a smooth ride with Lumens.
• Be the first point of contact for drivers' requests and concerns, resolving them with efficiency and care.
• Regularly follow up with drivers to gather feedback and check on their experience.
• Identify opportunities for re-contract deals, and upsell better vehicles or longer lease contracts.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with our drivers, ensuring they always feel part of the Lumens family.
• Keep customers updated on the latest promotion and product.

Job Requirements :

• Significant experience or graduated with a Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems.
• 5-6 years of PHP, PHOTOSHOP, HTML5, CSS , VUE JS and JavaScript experience
• Strong working knowledge of MySQL or relational database
• 5-6 years of WordPress and Magento Framework experience
• You are fluent in your written and spoken English.

• Holds a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 12 years of experience in Temenos Solutions Consultancy, and Expert Services, ideally in a banking environment.
• Experience in T24 Core Banking transformation/Temenos Wealth Suite projects with specialization in the Private Banking domain is MANDATORY
• Show in-depth knowledge of standard banking processes and T24 modules.
• Strong product knowledge in Modules Securities,Corporate Actions, DX & SY will be preferred.
• Experience in Trading and Order Management Systems, Trade Settlements, SWIFTS will be an advantage
• Show full understanding and ability to leverage the TEMENOS Implementation Methodology
• Other: Analytical, organized, team player and able to work in a Multicultural environment, excellent presentation skills.
• Prior experience in Core banking Migration lead, and driving the migration team will be an asset.

What you will do:

• Strategise and plan projects: Strategise and plan for the change management approach.
• Advise, execute and monitor change related activities: Provide advisory, develop a POV and execute various change analysis, assessment, communications, engagement, adoption and enablement activities to successful completion.
• Manage stakeholders: Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple levels to maximize buy-in.
• Guide junior resources: Lead and guide assigned junior consultants to deliver assigned projects within scope, schedule and budget.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• Hold a bachelor’s degree with at least 8 years of related change management experience in an advisory capacity and having personally led these projects.
• Possess an excellent command of the English language and to write coherently and concisely without spelling/ grammatical errors.
• Possess fluent communication and facilitation skills with the ability to engage stakeholder groups at different levels of seniority effectively (from the C-suite to the ground staff).
• Possess solid presentation skills with the ability to engage varying numbers of audience size.
• Create professional and visually attractive presentation decks/ collaterals that will enhance your presentation delivery and accelerate buy-in of your ideas.
