Work you will do

This role sits within the SAP team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which encompasses the SAP Module solutions respectively. As a leader of this group, you will drive the growth of our SAP business in the region and be responsible for the creation, sale and delivery of SAP solutions: Functional and Technical Design, SAP Application & Systems Development, SAP Business Transformation, etc.

· Engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyze process and reporting requirements

· Advise clients on industry/ cross-industry leading practices. Advise clients on SAP recommended processes and functions

· Design target state SAP solutions for clients. Influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/ standard practices while developing target state

· Analyze application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution

What we are looking for

If you are someone with:

· A good honors Degree, preferably at postgraduate level, in Information Technology, Business Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Mathematics or related disciplines.

· Senior Consultant will require a minimum of 6 years of experience in SAP OpenText Module, completed at least an end to end full life cycle of SAP OpenText Module implementations. Also have some team leading experiences would be a plus

· Has experience/exposure with SAP S/4 HANA would be a plus

As Master Mariner Consultant (Singapore), you will deliver expert marine consultancy services to clients worldwide, including P&I and H&M insurers, brokers, lawyers, shipowners, and other clients as directed.

Primarily based in Singapore, you will be an integral part of the Solis Marine team in Singapore, reporting directly to the regional General Manager. You will also be a member of the global master mariner team, providing support to colleagues in other geographical regions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• The role is wide-ranging and leans on your expertise and experience in the field of marine operations, including:
• Preparing expert reports for arbitration and court proceedings in English language to high standards of technical competence and with integrity
• Investigating navigation incidents, cargo damage and other related incidents
• Attending salvage and wreck removal operations for monitoring purposes
• Performing surveys onboard vessels, which will require international travel and visits to ship-repair yards and other port facilities.
• Offering comprehensive loss prevention support to various stakeholders in the maritime industry
• Supporting the wider Solis Marine team as required.
• Being proactive in marketing, developing the business and nurturing and maintaining client relationships
• Hold a valid Seafarers medical certificate (UK Equivalent)
• You must have the physical ability to safely carry out shipboard inspections on vessels both at anchor and in shipyards and other industrial facilities worldwide, which will require fitness levels to allow safe access in and out of cargo hold, cargo and ballast tanks and other enclosed spaces.

• STCW Master Mariner Unlimited (STCW AII/2) Certificate of Competency (COC)

Experience

• You will have significant seagoing experience in a management position onboard vessels of over 3000 GT, have a sound working knowledge and practical experience with ECDIS and other shipboard navigation systems.
• In addition, a good understanding of the maritime industry, in particular the commercial aspects of shipboard operations and maintenance, and preferably experience in shore-based technical management.

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for managing and supervising all areas of the spa, including its programs, services, hours of operation, facilities and staff. Coordinates the delivery of spa services, including salon, skin care, fitness and wellness, massage, program coordinating, reservations, reception desk and locker room areas. As a department head, directs and works with the management team and hourly employees to successfully execute all spa operations. Strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department.

CORE WORK ACTIVITIES

Managing Spa Operations and Budgets

· Selects vendors for spa retail operations and managing contract agreements.

· Oversees retail product research, product selection and purchasing, product display.

· Manages supply inventories and purchasing control, including uniforms.

· Monitors the spa's actual and projected sales to ensure revenue goals are met or exceeded.

· Maintains cleanliness of spa and related areas and equipment.

Managing Spa Sales and Marketing Strategy

· Creates and coordinates special services for groups including group gifting programs, group amenities, group turndown gifts, letters and invitations, creating special spa services for specific groups and spa contract addendum negotiation.

· Develops and Manages spa promotions including gifting programs, gift with purchase, co-op marketing efforts and holiday events.

· Ensures spa services are included in all property-related marketing and advertising.

· Identifies and recommending new products and product enhancements to remain competitive in the market.

Managing Spa Revenue Management Strategy

· Monitors and Manages the payroll function.

· Manages areas of operation to budget by reviewing operating statements, budget worksheets and payroll progress reports.

· Manages Spa controllable expenses such guest amenities, linen expense, professional salon products, plants, decorations and paper supplies to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.

Ensuring and Delivering Exceptional Customer Service

· Displays leadership in guest hospitality, exemplifying excellent customer service, and creating a positive atmosphere for guest relations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for conducting annual reviews and policy servicing of existing policies with HNW clients by collaborating with the private bankers to review and analyse exisiting in-force policies.
• Drive revenue flows by developing strategies to create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities with current book of PCS’s clients to achieve both revenue and review completion targets.
• Support and improve PCS policy servicing objectives by contributing customer feedback and recommendations to support the overall strategic plans and reviews of the business.
• Build and foster rapport with market heads/team leaders in order to drive referral opportunities with HNW clients.

Requirements:
