JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Identify and address customer needs using consulting methods.
• Understand requirements and visualize future business operations or data flows using consultation and design skills.
• Provide technical advice and best practices while identifying and resolving problems effectively.
• Document system requirements and communicate them to developers, ensuring quality through reviews.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects and support team members as needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Expertise in Microsoft products like Dynamics and Power Platform, with additional skills in design, programming, testing (test plans, methodologies), and documentation.
• Experience in enterprise solutions such as workflow, app development, RPA, Power Platform, cloud technologies, and project management is highly desirable.
• Proficient in SDLC, with knowledge of waterfall and agile methodologies.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and consulting skills for effective collaboration in team environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills; BPMN experience is a plus.
• Proactive and eager to explore enterprise solutions, software, and technology.
• Skilled in managing small to mid-sized projects with attention to detail and excellent organizational abilities.
• Working Location: Singapore
