RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead specific healthcare project(s), ensuring smooth execution and coordination.

Description

• Conduct daily inspection and act on non-compliances to EHS standards and conditions.
• Training and monitoring of worker’s performance on safe work practices.
• Maintain and monitoring of EHS records, documentation and checklists.

Reporting to the Assistant Director, you will provide administrative and operational support that are critical to the operation of Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) activities for medical devices at one of SingHealth’s institutions to fulfil strategic priorities and initiatives across the cluster. Job Description:

The successful candidate will join Information Technology Division and be a part of a dynamic and fast paced team. This team will be instrumental in transforming via technology, our operations in Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain to achieve the company’s strategic vision while optimizing the results across the business processes.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Play an integral role in our SAP S/4 HANA implementation project and working in areas of Finance, Procurement and/or Supply Chain

• Using Agile methodologies, work closely with business stakeholders, IT team and implementation partners to ensure that the S/4HANA solution, including relevant add-ons that will be implemented is able to deliver the business vision and projected outcomes and is aligned to our Digital Enterprise Architecture and Application Roadmap

• Support any ongoing BAU work where needed

• This is an individual contributor role

Requirements

• Possess a degree in Information Technology or related fields

• At least 5 years of functional and technical experience in SAP FICO, MM and/or PM modules and experience in integrating SAP ERP modules with non-SAP systems

• Knowledge and experience in S/4HANA is preferred and other SAP add-on solutions such as Ariba, TripRecord, IBP and iMRO would be added advantage

• Have knowledge / experience in delivering projects under the Agile framework

• Have a curious mind, is logical and possess good problem-solving and communication skills

• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a highly skilled team

The Community Health Visitor (CHV) will deliver health and social integrated care for mother and child, focusing on antenatal and postnatal care, developmental-centred parenting, parent-child interaction and family well-being, with the aim of optimising every child's potential for healthy growth and development. The CHV is the keyworker who will support the mother-child dyad and family through home visits and clinic service touchpoints, also providing service coordination between patient/client/family with healthcare and social service systems.

Job Responsibilities:

• To support the pregnant mother during the antenatal period by providing anticipatory care and advice to optimise health, nutrition and improve birth outcomes.
• Conduct mental wellness screenings and nutritional assessments for the pregnant mother, and to work with the trans-disciplinary team to make appropriate referrals when required.
• To support mother and main caregivers in the postnatal period in parentcraft skills.
• To build rapport and cultivate a positive relationship with parents/caregivers to impart child development knowledge and skills and facilitate parent-child bonding, developmental-centred parenting and family well-being.
• Conduct child development screening and work with the trans-disciplinary team to make family-centred recommendations.
• To collaborate and partner community and social service agencies, or hospital specialists to provide necessary support for client and family. This includes inter-agency case conferences and discussions.

Job requirements and Competencies:

• Degree in Early Childhood Development, Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Special Education, Nursing or equivalent OR
• Diploma in Early Childhood Development, Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, Special Education, Nursing or an Advanced Healthcare related diploma from a recognized institution; with 2-3 years relevant work experience, which may include working with vulnerable children and families in a community setting or in infant and early childhood development (preferred).

• New product planning:

- Ideation: generate, develop, curate and prioritise ideas.

Requirement:
