Job Description:

• Develop and maintain good relationship with new / existing clients and provide full recruitment support
• Identifying new business opportunities and ensure repeated assignments from current clients
• Understanding clients’ business and identifying their recruitment needs
• Source, short-list and select suitable candidates via networking, social media, advertising and referrals
• Conduct interviews with candidates and assess their suitability based on client's requirement and needs
• Create profiling of the suitable candidates to be proposed to the engaged clients for consideration
• Provide professional advice to clients and candidates to manage the expectation
• Coordination of interviews arrangement between clients and candidates
• Conduct reference check on candidates on behalf of clients
• Coordinate and negotiate on salary offer on behalf of clients and candidates
• Perform post-recruitment follow up with clients and candidates
• Provide good customer service and build good rapport with clients and candidates.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.

Job Requirements:

• Self-motivated, target-oriented and sales-focused, with good follow-up skills
• Min 2 to 3 years of Recruitment Consultant experience with handling both client and candidate side.
• Achieve sales target as assigned by the company
• Possess high energy level and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, able to work independently and a team player
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Has good business manner in order to communicate with management level of people
• Business level of English in order to liaise with English Speaking clients
• CEI certified will be advantageous

Bridal Boutique Operations Executive

5 Working Days, 9am-6pm, commit on weekend, 2 off per week
Basic Salary: $2500 - $5000 + Commission

Location: City Hall

Summary: Serve & assist brides to dress in different of bridal, communicating and managing digital marketing on Instagram to reach more audiences and targeted customers. Must comfortable to work on weekend based on working scheduled.

JOB SCOPES

1) Taking care of the bridal boutique for operation and marketing.
2) Conceive and develop marketing strategies, Handling of social media in Facebook, telegram, tiktok, Instagram and so on.
3) Attending to customer enquiries and assist in gown fitting
4) Proactively introduce gowns, accessories, photography and video packages
5) Organize marketing campaigns, related workshops and fashion runway
