About You:

• Professionally qualified with a bachelor's degree in computer science, MIS, computer engineering, or related field
• Completion of 3 full lifecycle SAP implementations utilizing standard SDLC methodologies such as ASAP or Waterfall Model.
• 5 years development experience in SAP CX and SAP CRM-UI;
• 5 years of experience in SAP CRM supporting the following business processes: Service Orders, Service Contracts, Sales, Install Bases, and Interaction Centre, including experience in supporting Marketing and Loyalty functionality in SAP CRM;

Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public policy, environmental sustainability, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience working in an advisory role, foundation, business development, fundraising or front-facing client relations role.
• Familiarity with the philanthropic, non-profit sector and major sources of wealth would be advantageous.
• Strong communication, writing and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage a range of audiences, stakeholders, funders and partners, including senior corporate leaders and HNWIs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to take initiative and proactively address challenges, ensuring effective and efficient resolution in dynamic environments.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data; ability to synthesise information towards a longer-term objective.
• Strong sense of confidentiality; agile and flexible thinker able to thrive in a fluid work environment.
• Proficiency in spoken and written Mandarin is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (such as PowerPoint and Excel)

• Design, develop, and enhance software solutions using AS/400 programming languages.
• Lead requirements elicitation and create Application Architecture Documents (AAD).
• Create design artifacts and review team deliverables.
• Deliver high-quality code and support deployment and post-deployment activities.
• Support transition activities and interface with internal teams and key stakeholders.
• Analyze and resolve issues to ensure high-quality deliverables at each stage of the SDLC.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure application quality and reliability.
• Maintain and enhance existing AS/400 applications by troubleshooting issues and optimizing performance.
• Lead a small team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and support in coding, testing, and code reviews.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system integration and software deployment activities.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, including system design and coding standards.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience leading application development teams in an IBM iSeries and AS400 environment.
• Excellent in designing and writing code using AS/400 programming languages, including RPG IV, RPG Free, CL, and DDS.
• Strong understanding of AS/400 programming concepts
• Proficiency in debugging and troubleshooting AS/400 applications.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
