• Experience in Sales and Distribution.
• Should be able to lead a team independently
• Should have worked on Production Support engagements.
• Good knowledge on Logistics, Consignment processes is expected. Working knowledge on Service Management would be added advantage.
• Strong working knowledge on batch jobs, Alert monitoring, EDI/idocs.
• Good understanding on Support metrics, SLAs and best practices.
• Hands on experience on Support ticketing tools - eg : Service Now
• Liaising with business stakeholders to assist with Day to day issues, and process improvements.
• Represent the team in reviews of processes and system controls
• Take ownership for time-critical issues and follow up/ root-causing of issues, unsupervised.
