What you will be working on

In this role, you will:

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, human resources, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional-level proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese clients in the region and operate Chinese-language applications.
• At least 4 years of experience in recruitment or executive search within an agency environment, with a well-established network of client relationships.
• Familiarity with the Chinese HR market and proven ability to cater to the needs of Chinese clients effectively.
• Strong business acumen and drive to identify growth opportunities, proactively hunt for new logos, and establish new client partnerships.
• Proficiency in using diverse sourcing methods, including headhunting, referrals, and databases, to deliver high-quality candidates.
• Strong interpersonal skills and end-to-end recruitment expertise, including evaluation, negotiation, and onboarding processes.
