Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience.

Role Description

This is an exciting opportunity for driven individuals to play a critical role in scaling the business (Healthcare industry) as a Recruitment Consultant. This role will be on full commission scheme, work from home and flexible working hours. The ideal candidate will manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing candidates to partnering with clients to meet their hiring needs.

• Client & Candidate Management: Acting as a trusted advisor, ensuring smooth recruitment processes, and offering strategic insights to both clients and candidates. Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and requirements.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
• Must be based on Singapore (Remote work arrangement)
• Must have Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI)
• Experience in healthcare recruitment preferred
• A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a strong sense of urgency.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Description

• Position Title: NetSuite Consultant (Implementation & Project Management)
• Working Location: Commonwealth
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm
• Salary Package: Up to $6,000 + Phone Allowance + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, deploy, and manage NetSuite solutions.
• Recommend industry best practices to meet clients’ business and operational needs.
• Configure and test functional designs for business solution components and prototypes.
• Conduct requirements gathering with both new and existing customers.
• Provide training to customers, enabling users to navigate and operate NetSuite according to their role.

* Sales of slimming, facial and hair removal treatments

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understand and analyse the customer’s needs;
• Find the best solution and lead the architecture definition to meet the customer requirements;
• Interface with the customer, for the technical related aspects of the solution;
• Support the sales and marketing teams by providing internal and external technical pre-sales support for the solutions and services, taking the lead of the architecture aspects in strong cooperation with all the required technical and non-technical skills involved (e.g. hardware, software, security, quality, maintenance);
• Lead the Make/Team/Buy decision process and support the partner & subcontractor choice throughout the capture & delivery activities;
• Be in charge of the executive and technical documentation for tenders and support handover to projects (including but not limited to design documentation);
• Support when needed the teams responsible for the implementation and testing of the solution by providing technical expertise on various aspects of the solution under development, ensuring the design and development goals until the final phases of the bid/project.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Experience with Thales HSM or similar cryptographic solutions.
• Strong understanding of cryptographic algorithms and protocols.
• Familiarity with compliance standards (e.g., PCI-DSS, GDPR).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
