Overview

Reporting to the Head, Insight and System, RHS Office (RHSO), the appointment holder will help to manage and support the development of digital engagement plans and projects with HealthierSG (HSG) Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and learning management system. Role Overview

The production/operations coordinator reports to the Factory Manager and is responsible for overall factory management and efficiency of manufacturing processes. This role involves overseeing daily manufacturing activities in the Pilot Plant Factory, sales & logistics operations to ensure production efficiency and timely order fulfilment.

Specific tasks include:

Factory Production

· Manufacturing of functional ingredients, premixes and functional food.

· Factory equipment process optimization, procuring new equipment

· Facility management including all needed certification and licences
