The Manager is a specialist in a specific area of health services research (HSR) with good understanding of the broad HSR landscape and trend. • Possess relevant safety certificates (Eg Advanced Certificate in WSH, Safety Officer's Course or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in Building Construction
• Familiar with ISO45001, ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

• Implement a comprehensive Site Safety Management System to manage risks and reduce accidents
• Implementation of workplace safety, health and environment programs and initiatives
• Enforcement of safety standards in accordance with the Workplace Safety and Health Act
• Conducting training programs on workplace safety and health and inspections to ensure that all staff and/or subcontractors onsite abide by policies and standards
• Ensure strict compliance of procedures in statutory workplace, safety, health & environment requirements at sites and required premises
• Implementation of effective safety management system, preventive measures as well as risk assessment to minimize accidents at the assigned workplace/site
• Assist the company in safety related certifications and awareness such as safety audits, meetings, and execution of safety programmes
• Registered Safety Offer/WSH Officer with MOM
