• Minimum Qualification: Masters in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy or PhD) or equivalent from a recognised institution. Doctorate in Clinicial Psychology is preferred.

• Eligibility to practice as a Clinical Psychologist in Singapore is essential.

The successful candidate will work in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to conduct outreach, raise awareness on mental health resilience building, design, implement, and evaluate a range of psychological services aimed at supporting at-risk youth, particularly those with trauma histories, challenging behaviours, and emotional and behavioural difficulties.

Key Responsibilities

1. Establish and Develop Youth Mental Health Services

• Spearhead the establishment of youth mental health services within The Salvation Army Children & Youth Group, especially in community settings.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be certified and trained in skills as an ACP Facilitator and ACP Trainer.

Reporting to the CFO, you will work in close partnership with Alexandra Hospital (AH) leadership team and department heads as trusted advisor for all financial matters.
