You will support the Chief Medical Informatics Officer in the development and implementation of clinical information systems and processes to facilitate the optimal delivery of patient care. Basic Emotional Support

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Senior Workshop Instructor plays a crucial role in a multidisciplinary vocational rehabilitation team to empower people with disabilities to participate in work activities to gain a sense of identity, improve self-esteem, and a way to give back to society. You will work closely with the occupational therapist, social worker, caregivers and community partners as part of the multidisciplinary team. You will develop the procedures and processes for the delivery of programmes, intervention methods and teaching practices. Your challenge is to implement innovative strategies to help people with disabilities to integrate in the workforce, do well at their jobs and progress in their careers.

Client Management

• Facilitate a training program to equip clients with prevocational and vocational skills
• Work with clients and families to facilitate job placement for a successful job tenure
• Do job site visits to provide job support for clients to meet employer's expectation and manage employer-employee relations
• Do job site visits to provide on the job skills training/ supervision and promote acceptable work behaviour
• Work with allied healthcare professionals to implement intervention
• Conduct and document clients' assessment in an accurate and timely manner
• Document clients' progress in an accurate and timely manner
• Coordinate and work with partnering agencies on client's attendance, motivational and behavioural management, etc

Programme Development - Baking

• Develop training materials by providing domain knowledge in industry sectors such as Environmental Services, Food Service, etc
• Do research and production of lesson plans, presentation slides and training materials
• Align the vocational curriculum to the Skills Framework, incorporating sensory integration to meet the diverse needs of clients and requirements of industrial standards
• Initiate programme improvement plans
• Other duties as assigned

Administration & Operation

• Routine admin duties such as preparation for audits and inventory management, etc

As a Fitness Group Instructor, you will lead and motivate groups of participants in various fitness classes. Your primary responsibility is to design and deliver engaging, safe, and effective workouts that cater to diverse fitness levels and goals. You will create a positive and supportive environment to inspire participants to achieve their health and fitness objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Class Design: Develop and implement class plans that incorporate various exercises and techniques, including strength training, cardio, flexibility, and wellness components.
• Instruction: Lead group fitness sessions, demonstrating exercises and ensuring proper technique to prevent injury. Provide modifications and progressions to accommodate different fitness levels.
• Motivation: Inspire and encourage participants to push their limits while maintaining a supportive atmosphere. Offer positive reinforcement and constructive feedback.
• Safety Compliance: Ensure all safety protocols are followed during classes. Conduct pre-class screenings and maintain a clean and organized workout space.
• Participant Engagement: Build relationships with participants, fostering a community atmosphere. Address individual concerns and provide personalized fitness advice as needed.
• Continuing Education: Stay updated on fitness trends, techniques, and industry standards. Attend workshops and pursue certifications to enhance your skills.
• Marketing: Promote classes and engage in community outreach to attract new participants. Collaborate with gym management on marketing strategies.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to demonstrate exercises and perform physical activities.
• Capability to lead classes of varying intensity and duration.

Fitness Instructor

Salary: Basic $1400 + Commission (Avg $3000-$10,000)

After 1 month training basic up to $1700

Working days: 5 & 6 days rotating shift from 6am- 11pm (8 -9 hours per shift)

Job scope:

• To create an engaging atmosphere where all members can achieve their personal fitness goals, in addition to cleaning and maintaining the equipment and fitness facilities.
• Achieve desired Personal Training Sales and Conducted results as agreed during monthly Goal Setting session with your Fitness Manager.
• Constant communication with the Fitness Manager on all aspects of the fitness department related to the Gym Floor.
• Participate in monthly department meeting to keep yourself well-informed, to solve problems, and to set goals.
• Daily interface with members of the Fitness Team.
• Actively promote all fitness programs, educational programs, activities, sales promotion etc in the club in order to establish regular usage by members.
• Maintain and check all equipment in good order, report any equipment malfunctions or damage immediately to the Fitness Manager or Front of House Manager.
• Contact newly-joined members with first four weeks for induction session appointment (driven by the Fitness Manager).
• On-floor coverage at all times (strength, free-weight & cardio areas) by enforcing correct technique in the execution of all movements and exercises.
• Ensure monthly KPIs of Personal Training Sales and Conducted are met.

Requirements:

• Recognised Personal Training qualification / diploma in sport science.
• Prior personal training work experience is an added advantage.
• Experienced in encouraging regular participation of exercise programs.
