Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain full oversight of construction, A&A and customer fit-out projects to ensure Group Minimum Standards (GMS) and any other related EHS standards and requirements, relevant statutory obligations and regulatory requirements, codes, and laws, are implemented, efficiently managed, and maintained throughout the duration of each project.
• Work in conjunction with the Contractor site management team

• Oversee all safety incidents or near misses that occur for projects and operational data centres
• Review injury/incident reports and investigations for completeness
• In cases where dangerous occurrences or incidents with major injuries have occurred, to assist with onsite investigations within short notice
• Assist the Country EHS Manager in ISO45001 / BizSafe audits and certifications.
• Plan, develop and execute EHS programs, procedures and awareness activities for the Singapore data centres

Requirements:

• Manage all EHS incident and non-conformance investigations and track corrective and preventive actions to closure.
• Organize risk assessments, site inspections and industrial hygiene and environmental samplings as well as implement or direct risk reduction and control measures.
• Conduct and organize EHS audits, trainings, meetings and promotional programs to increase employee awareness and knowledge.
• Establishing EHS objectives & Targets and its management Programme for continual improvement.
• Contractor management on In-house & SDM (Shutdown Maintenance) activities.
• Should have strong awareness on Safety Case implementation as well as Mitigative Measures for Safety Critical Events (SCE) in Major Hazard Industries (MHI).
• Establish good communication with all level and function within the organization.
• Assist in the adhoc assignment or project assign by management.
• Spearhead continual improvement projects for HSE.
• Work with HSE department in organizing Annual Safety Campaign.
• Liaise with local authorities for all EHS issues, License renewal and represent the RC/SICA/SORT and other relevant meetings.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least five years of primary experience handling safety responsibilities within HSE department
• At least 3 years of working experience in the oil or petrochemical industry. Preferably experienced in Jurong Island
• Must be a Registered WSH Officer with MOM and Fire Safety Manager (FSM) with SCDF
• Good command of English (spoken and written)
• Experience with ISO14001/ SS651(ISO45001) management systems

The Role

As the Assistant Atrium & Event Manager, you will be responsible for devising and executing strategies to maximize the profitability of our atrium events. This role will require a proactive approach in engaging suppliers, curating brand partnerships, and collaborating closely with landlords to optimize the event space for both attendees and brands. Responsibilities

Event Profitability

• Develop, implement, and execute a comprehensive strategy to transform atrium events into profitable ventures, including budget management, revenue forecasting, and cost control measures.

Supplier Engagement

• Identify, negotiate with, and manage relationships with suppliers, vendors, and service providers to ensure the delivery of high-quality services while optimizing costs.

Brand Growth

• Collaborate with marketing and business development teams to attract prominent brands to participate in atrium events, creating win-win partnerships that enhance their exposure and contribute to event revenue.

Tenant and Landlord Collaboration

The Role

• Provide total patient care services to patients through interventions, follow-ups and lifestyle modification service so thatpatients’ needs are met and that Guardian is seen as an outstanding community pharmacy
• Ensure dispensary operates efficiently and meet standards of key control indicators in area of housekeeping, inventory, record maintenance, etc

About You

• Bachelor of Science (Pharmacy)
