As part of the Medical Social Services team, you will be responsible for the counseling of patients on the use of CPF (Central Provident Fund) Medisave accounts, apply governmental financial assistance schemes to assist patients in need, explain chronic care management packages available at our polyclinics, process case documents and write social reports to facilitate the financial applications. You will also conduct peer’s audit check on Medicare Assistance, ensure proper documentation, filing and safekeeping of Medisave Authorization Form (MAF) for patients and perform daily reconciliation of MAF (Medisave Application Form) to the Medisave sign-up cases in the clinic system.
