• Own and drive the pipeline strategy, including partnering with a pipeline specialist on the team and managing their delivery to achieve recruitment goals and business needs.

1. The contact point for users and work with Functional BA to identify the root cause and provide solutions.

2. To perform analysis of production defects / findings to identify root cause.

3. To identify and propose workarounds and solutions for production issues.

4. To analyse the requirements and identify the technical solutions for Avaloq functional changes.

5. To prepare the FSD and TSD, where applicable.

6. To walk through the solutions with users to confirm that they are as per the requirements.

9. To provide Avaloq technical solutions for issues relating to performance of the system.

Job Descriptions

• Provide single point of contact for incident, service request and escalation.
• Monitor, manage and maintain data centre operation and facilities.
• Manage equipment movement
• Daily monitoring of status
• Ensure proper running of the existing data centre systems.
• Perform tape mount and un-mount for the backup operation.
• Handle the portable media storage for off-site storage.
• Liaise with the vendor on maintenance and enhancement issues.
• Troubleshoot and report system incidents/problem and abnormalities.
• Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues.
• Adhere to service level agreement for response time and turnaround time.
• Able to work shift including weekends and public holidays.

Job Requirements
