• Plan and execute shoots for a variety of video content including commercials, interviews, testimonials, behind-the-scenes, lifestyle, skits, etc.
• Work with the marketing team to develop the storyboard for video scripts before each shoot
• Create engaging short-form videos for YouTube Shorts / Reels / TikTok, filming with either a DSLR camera or phone camera, depending on the need
• Optimize videos for various social media platforms and formats
• Sort out footages and perform creative video editing (including cutting, trimming, adding effects, subtitling, colour correction and improving audio quality)
• Be in tune with latest video trends, techniques and keep conceptualising new video ideas
• Maintain an organised video library, including file management, tagging and archiving for easy retrieval and repurposing of video assets

Requirements

• Diploma or degree in Videography / Media Production / Film Production or relevant disciplines
• Minimum one year of relevant work experience
• Strong technical knowledge in videography / lighting / audio equipment
• Experience in growing a YouTube channel or other social channels

IT Infrastructure Specialist

The IT Infrastructure specialist will serve as the first point of contact to all users with infrastructure and systems and is primarily responsible to provide technical support to enable IT services. Will also assist in the roll-out of new Corp IT initiatives, including the responsible for network support and projects, We are seeking some one who like to learn the new things in the infrastructure space. The workload would be 50% on network, 20% on servers and 30% on laptop support.

Basic Duties and Responsibilities

• To provide daily Level 1 support to all end-users incidents and request pertaining to business applications such as Office 365, server, laptop and Network service

• Lead small network initiatives/ projects

• Conduct onsite and remote support

• On time PC provisioning and deprovisioning

• Assist Corp IT on new project roll-out

• Creation of Guest Wifi access as needed

• Creation and restoration of daily, weekly, and monthly shared folder backup

• Provide remote IT support to work-at-home users

• Conduct basic laptop faulty hardware part replacement or upgrade

• Timely maintenance of IT software and hardware inventory

• Timely monitoring of licenses

• Raise PR in SAP for IT purchases

• Provide periodic IT updates during cadence call

• Generate monthly network printer usage report

• Responsible for patching endpoints, servers, network in production environment

• Ensure patch configuration is up to date ensuring compliance

• Utilize tools to automate patch deployment suchs as Teamviewer Tensor
