Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Specialist, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a pivotal role in shaping their overall experience with our brand. Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is a MUST.
• Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty education.
