Job Description:

Manage reception and front desk work including but not limited to scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, etc.

Handle customer’s enquiries and concerns politely and professionally.

Provide specialised and comprehensive wellness treatment services to customers.

Provide consistent and professional wellness treatments to customers.

Ensure high level of service standards.

6 day work per week, works on weekends.

Requirement:

Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Minimum 3 to 5 year experience in TCM TuiNa.

Ability to provide professional foot wellness therapy and TCM TuiNa wellness therapy.

Carry out wellness treatment according to company procedure and service standard.

Knowledge of TCM Meridian and Wellness is preferred.

Job Responsibilities

A combination of the following responsibilities and capabilities will form the seniority of post applicable.

• Analyse tender spec, client requirement to propose suitable cloud solution, design and deploy cloud infrastructure, platform and applications.
• Implement cloud infrastructure in UAT and product environment which may, not limited to, Azure, AWS, GCP, Huawei, etc cloud.
• Design and propose solutions which comprise hybrid/multi cloud integration on cloud and on-premise infrastructure. Test and ensure the configuration, setup and connectivity of cloud resources.
• Propose solutions for cloud resource health and performance monitoring. Manage and monitor performance, security, availability, and scalability of cloud resources.
• Create architecture artefacts and documentations to effectively explain and present the solution design to stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot issues related to the cloud services, providing technical support and guidance to clients and other stakeholders. Work closely with network infrastructure team for integration of on-premise and cloud services.
• Evaluate and recommend new cloud technologies and best practices for product development, system integration and project solutions.
• Conduct requirements specifications and prepare project documentations necessary, including configuration documentations for the implementations.
• Prepare and conduct User Acceptance Test and test documents.
• Candidate may also be assessed but non-mandatory, if they have other skillset & experience for taking up some responsibilities of system and system products such as:
• - Implementation of high availability networking and Nex-Gen firewall
• - Implementation of high availability servers, OS and clustering for Linux and/or Microsoft Windows
• - Implementation of storage and backup systems
• - Implementation of system monitoring and management.
• - Implementation of a few of following system HA on RDBMS/NoSQL, message queues system, Kubernetes clusters, API management, ESB, webapp servers, SFTP server, proxy/reverse proxy server, Kafka, RabbitMQ, AMQP.
• - Microsoft Active Directory or LDAP, IAM/IDM system
• - Network Load Balancing and Global LB system
• - Implementation of multi-site and/or disaster recovery site.
• - Backup, restoration and DR switch/fail-over.

Requirement/Skills

• Strong background in IT, computer science, or a related field
• Practical experience and knowledge of cloud computing concepts such as cloud service models, deployment models, security and compliance, architecture and design, automation and orchestration, and migration and integration.
• Proficiency in tools and platforms used in cloud such as cloud service providers (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud etc.), management and monitoring tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, CloudWatch etc.), development and programming languages (Python, Java, Node.js etc.), databases and storage systems (MySQL, MongoDB, S3 etc.), and networking and communication protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, REST etc.).
• Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Azure Administrator, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect, CompTIA Cloud+, or Cisco Certified Network Associate Cloud.
• Certifications in CISSP or CEH will be an added advantage.
• Certifications in VMware will be an added advantage.

• - Experienced with system hardening and VAPT will be an added advantage.

• - Experience with backup and restoration of system.
• - Experience with DevSecOps or CI/CD system infra and middleware implementation such as Bamboo/Jenkins, Jira, Confluence, SAST and DAST products.

This advertisement is recruiting for the position of AV Specialist.

If successfully selected, you will be seconded to MOE secondary school located in Dunman Lane.

Contract Period: from 1 Feb 2025 to 31 Jan 2026.

Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:

• Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm, inclusive 1-hour lunch break.
• Fridays: 7:00am to 4:00pm, inclusive 1-hour lunch break.
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays. However, if the candidate is required to work beyond the working hours during weekdays and work on Saturdays, the candidate will be compensated with off-in-lieu.

The service required are set out as follows :

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) & AV support for school events.

1. General AV Operations

• The Personnel shall set up, operate and maintain AV equipment within the school premises.
• The Personnel shall provide technical support in lighting. audio , video and stage management for events organized by the Authority or external parties.

2. Lighting

• The Personnel shall set up, operate, and manage lighting equipment to ensure optimal illuminations and ambiance during events.

3. Audio

• The Personnel shall set up and manage audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and mixer soundboards (both digital and analogue).
• The Personnel shall ensure optimal sound quality for live audiences and recordings, including balancing audio levels, managing live feeds and delivering clear audio for speeches, music and other event components.

4. Video

• The Personnel shall operate video equipment such as cameras, projectors, and editing tools.
• The Personnel shall perform live-streaming, event recording, and display visual elements.
• The Personnel shall ensure video quality and content align with the events’ objectives.

5. Stage Management

• The Personnel shall set up and manage the physical stage, ensuring safety, proper arrangement, and necessary equipment such as podiums and seating.
• The Personnel shall coordinate transitions between event segments (e.g speeches, performances, presentations) with the Authority’s staff.

AV Support for Staff and Students

• The Personnel shall assist in setting up ICT/AV equipment for events, meetings and lessons.
• The Personnel shall provide video recording support for school events and lessons.
• The Personnel shall supervise students tasked with video recording events.
• The Personnel shall conduct AV training sessions for students and staff.

ICT/AV Planning and Procurement

• The Personnel shall collaborate with the SH(ICT)/ICT Manager to propose solutions addressing ICT/AV challenges, including technical specifications and assessments.
• The Personnel shall support the Authority in procurement processes for ICT/AV solutions and services, such as the following: (a) Requirement Gathering: The Personnel shall assist the ICT department in gathering specific user requirements for AV equipment. (b) Demo and Testing Coordination: The Personnel shall with ICT department to organize and oversee product demonstrations or testing of proposed AV solutions to assess their functionality and suitability for the authority’s needs. © Vendor and Liaison: The Personnel shall work with the ICT department to liaise with selected vendors during installation and commissioning.

ICT & AV Resource Management

• The Personnel shall assist in managing the Authority’s ICT/AV resources.
• The Personnel shall conduct annual maintenance troubleshooting and basic repairs of ICT/AV hardware.

Media Post-Production

• Video Editing : (a) The Personnel shall compile raw footage, arrange clips and create cohesive narratives. (b) The Personnel shall add titles, subtitles and on-screen graphics and animations to enhance video content.
• Sound Editing and Mixing : (a) The Personnel shall edit dialogue, remove unwanted sounds and enhance audio clarity. (b) The Personnel shall add ambient sounds, sound effects, or music to enrich audio quality. © The Personnel shall select and propose suitable music tracks for videos.

Other Tasks

• Any other duties assigned by the Authority.

The personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

• At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of professional AV system.
• At least 1 year experience in setup and manage of video system.
• At least 1 year experience in multimedia content editing.
• At least 1 year qualification in one of the fields; professional lighting system, professional audio system, video system or multimedia content editing.
