Job Description

• Oversee daily operational activities across two locations: the warehouse and the retail store, ensuring seamless workflow.
• Manage in-bound goods by inspecting deliveries, performing quantity checks, price tagging, and shelving items while maintaining precise and up-to-date inventory records.
• Facilitate the preparation and dispatch of outbound orders by efficiently picking and packing items.
• Maintain optimal stock organization and storage for both new arrivals and existing inventory to maximize space utilization.
• Perform regular stock replenishment at the retail store to meet customer demands.
• Conduct periodic inventory audits, cycle counts, and ad hoc stock checks to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Coordinate and schedule deliveries from offsite storage to the retail store, including liaising with logistics partners.
• Adhere to and implement inventory processes set by retail management and the finance team.
• Ensure the warehouse and retail storage areas remain clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Assist in dismantling hardware or equipment as needed, following operational and safety guidelines.
• Consistently apply and adhere to safe work practices and company procedures to maintain a secure working environment.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum ‘O’ Level qualification with at least 2 years of experience in warehouse-related roles.
• Open to working on weekends and public holidays on a rotational schedule.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Physically fit and capable of handling loads up to 20kg.
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in multitasking and hands-on tasks.
• Meticulous with attention to detail and accuracy to ensure proper record-keeping.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices for warehouse operations is a plus.
