Responsibilities

• Provide excellent application support and troubleshooting to customers in the molecular diagnostic laboratories
• Conduct product demonstration, presentations and technical training to customers
• Work closely with sales team to meet or exceed sales target, expand existing businesses, identify and develop new business and opportunities
• Work with suppliers to promote IVD products through workshops, seminars and exhibitions
• Conduct market intelligence research to understand customer application needs, market trends and competitions
• Provide technical training to the sales team to increase knowledge and effectiveness
• Build and maintain good rapport with existing and new customers

Requirements

• Master or Bachelor Degree in Biomedical Sciences or related studies
• Preferably with at least 2 year of application support experience in the biomedical science industries
• Knowledge and experience in real-time PCR is required
• Prior experience and knowledge of the molecular diagnostic market will be an advantageous
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Proficiency in written and oral communication (English)
• Self-motivated with excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Able travel occasionally for business needs

Tasks

• Support strategic development & long-term planning of vehicle options, retrofitting parts, and Porsche Lifestyle business
• Proactively monitor and analyse pricing and option trends both within Porsche models and in comparison, to competitors, recommending adjustments to maintain competitiveness and profitability

• Provide training to regional teams on systems, processes, and product knowledge to ensure effective strategy execution across markets
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, sales, marketing, and free importer markets, to ensure smooth execution of pricing strategies and the alignment of cross-functional objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, or related degree
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in automotive, business planning or related business area
• Highly motivated team player with a strong analytical and innovative mindset, communication skills, and attention to detail, and has aa solution-oriented attitude
• Well established project management skills, and aptitude for managing multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
• Willingness to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English language as a minimum. Knowledge of German language would be an advantage
