Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a  Marketing Specialist to join us and work on exciting projects for our client - a leading video streaming service and their newest product. This enables more people to connect to this through their homes for a more collective experience. This role will see you work with global, regional, and local marketing managers and be responsible for driving campaign strategy and execution and laying the foundation for growth marketing and go to market activities in the region. 

Role: 

• Support growth marketing, GTM planning and programme management for the client and its service in the region.
• Project manage and execute growth marketing campaigns (e.g. brief development, media plan, experiment design, reporting results & learnings). 
• Lead localisation of campaigns across the region. Work with agencies to develop creative assets and localise them across multiple markets. Project manage localisation reviews of global and regional growth campaigns.
• Manage multiple stakeholders to bring campaigns to life. Provide regular status updates to cross-functional marketing teams.
• Support with team operations (the rhythm of business, capacity planning etc.)
• Collaborate with global, country and cross-functional teams and external agencies (e.g., creative development, production, and deployment agencies).

• Collaborate closely with the GTM team to translate campaign objectives into impactful creative briefs and ensure alignment between media strategy and creative execution.
• Lead the development and execution of A/B testing strategies to optimise campaign performance and creative effectiveness.

You:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 6+ years of marketing experience, including multi-stakeholder management across markets
• Industry experience working in the consumer-facing industry, consultancies, or an internet-based product or service
• Experience in growth marketing as well as project and campaign management
• Strategic mindset and continuous curiosity, with a unique combination of data-driven decision-making and pragmatic bias for action.
• Demonstrated talent at building strong collaborative partnerships with cross-functional teams and being adept at influencing strategy and investments with insights and data.
• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Roles & Responsibilities

Job Description:

• Receive daily all type of shipment pricing request from company network, working agents and potential agents from the company network
• Review of ad-hoc and RFQ, RFP and RFI documents and final pricing compilation
• Recommend pricing strategies on RFQ
• Requesting of pricings from shipping lines and co-loaders
• Liaise with local/overseas working vendors and partners for their competitive pricing
• Review all received pricing for pricing sanity check,RFQ completeness quality checks
• Ensure to provide competitive timely pricing to daily enquiries and requests.
• Feedback and review internal and external pricing structure
• Escalate pricing issues that significantly impact short term and long-term pricing strategy
• Provide cross-country support whenever required
• Experience in Tender Management required
• Experience in OOG product will be an added advantage

Job Purpose

A Derivatives Specialists within ICE Fixed Income & Data Services provides professional, detailed, customer-focused support to position ICE in providing pricing and analytics derivatives offerings to the buy side, sell side and other financial institutions within APAC. It encompasses a variety of business development activities aimed at increasing the breadth of clientele in this business area.

The ideal candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, be determined and persistent in their approach and have the capacity to thrive as a role-player in a dynamic, team environment.

The primary function is specialization of ICE’s derivative product suite within the ICE Fixed Income & Data Services. In aid of this, specialists actively engage with clients to understand their requirements and challenges, articulate how ICE Data Derivatives’ solutions serve client needs, and work hand in hand with relevant internal teams to advance all aspects of the sales cycle, from prospecting to contract.

Responsibilities

• Acquire deep product knowledge and understanding of ICE Data Derivatives product suite to become a technical expert and consultant to the sales organization
• Position and demonstrate ICE products and services with the overall objective to grow revenue and ensure ICE maintains a dominant position in their respective markets
• Garner a deep understanding of organizational groups and business priorities of key clients in the region
• Collaborate with sales, relationship management to identify opportunities and deliver value-added solutions to enhance our clients’ business
• Protect Existing Revenue by actively engaging with existing clients, which includes on-site visits, training, feeding through feedback to support and product management
• Respond to technical client queries in a prompt and comprehensive matter

• Travel within the region may be required occasionally

Knowledge and Experience

• At least 3 years of experience
• Experience either working at, or facing off with, tier-1 financial institutions
• Strong market knowledge in at least one of the following asset classes, with solid familiarity in others: Commodities | Equities | Fixed Income & Interest Rates | Foreign Exchange | Credit Derivatives
• A solid understanding of what departments/desks/individual roles are within banks/funds
• Outstanding listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Strong presentation skills & analytical skills
• The ability to work both collaboratively within a team environment, and independently where required
• A self-motivated, patient problem solver with a strong willingness to learn
• Fluent in English, native mandarin speaker preferred, knowledge of any other north-Asian languages is an advantage
