This Regional FP&A Analyst is required to support all aspects of the FP&A processes for SEA focused on regional consolidation, financial planning & reporting activities, and analysis, in addition to ad hoc requests as required.

Primary duties and responsibilities

Financial Planning:

• Lead all aspects of the budgeting and forecasting processes and activities.
• Strengthen overall Planning and Reporting environment through effective implementation of the Global Planning guide-lines and polices, monitoring of satisfactory outcome of the assigned business units.

Commercial Analysis & Support:

• Acts as a key business partner for the SBUs (strategic business units) by providing financial expertise and solutions to achieve business objectives
• Providing relevant and insightful analysis for the assigned strategic business units.
• The Heads of SBUs, Country SBU personnel, Global Controllers will be key stakeholders for this role

Operational Analysis:

• Responsible to provide operational analysis for the SBUs
• Provides monthly financial analysis of actual results vs budget and forecasting support to its key stakeholders
• Create monthly performance dashboard/Reports for SBUs
• Generate regular monthly reports for respective SBUs
• Consolidate and analyze the monthly financial results and identify the root reasons for the significant variances between actual and budget/forecast and last year

Requirement

• Degree in Finance / Accounting or any relevant disciplines
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience with at least 3 years of FP&A. Preferably in the Medical devices industry or any FMCG.
• Proficient knowledge of SAP FI/CO (required)
• Proficient in business intelligence tools such as SAP BW and IBM TM1
• Very good knowledge in Data analysis/presentation tools like Power BI and MS Access
