• Demonstrated ability to manage vendors and contractors for office-related services (cleaning, security, IT support, etc.).

Your new role

• Assist in the recruitment process such as shortlisting, screen calling, scheduling interviews
• Support in all core HR processes
• Maintained full set of employee’s details and documents as well as ensure it is up to date
• Support new hire onboarding & exit clearance
• Support payroll processing and other HR processes (Background checks etc)
• Support and process all HR-related letters, documentation, vendor creation and other ad-hoc administrative support such as insurance
• Answering HR queries from employees

What you'll need to succeed

• Diploma in administration/HR or in any related field
• At least 2 years of experience in Human Resource/HR or any related field
• Must have good planning and time management/prioritization skills
• Good interpersonal skills
