• Bachelors’ Degree with at least 4 years experience of having worked in a recruitment company, with minimum 2 years in a people management role would be an advantage
• Passion for a commercial role and what you have done in your career to demonstrate such passion

• Ability to build rapport with C-level executives as business development activity is focused on targeting global/regional leaders from the sector
• Must be proficient in Mandarin as the role will be managing and working directly with mandarin speaking clients from China.

Job roles and descriptions:

Participate in the testing and implementation of system-related initiatives and enhancements.

Manage and address first-line customers issues, complaints and inquiries within the stipulated service level agreement (SLA) timelines

Collaborate closely with operations team on manual processing and adjustments of transactions.
Initiate process and customer journey improvements for Unsecured Loan products .

Propose and execute campaigns for unsecured loans products and services.

Required Experience

Preferably 2 years of experience in consumer banking or a related industry.

Prior experience in handling loan product management or similar end-to-end product life cycle is preferred.
