• Staff Management
• Conduct regular weekly staff meetings, to review work plans and status of projects, etc.
• Check on staff integrity and maintain, and ensure compliance with Management Corporation employee house-rules and guidelines.
• Motivate staff to increase and improve overall productivity and work standards.
• Conduct open performance appraisal with staff concerned.
• Recommend and propose necessary staffing structure and manpower requirements as may be needed from time to time.
• Inculcate teamwork and team efforts within all departments and in the overall context and structure of estate.
• Recommend and propose required disciplinary action for recalcitrant staff and workers.
• Ensure proper records kept of all staff matters, including Saturday-off privilege, urgent day-off, annual leave, update of personal particulars, etc.
• Ensure overall service provided by all departments and staffs are satisfactory and within the job requirements and employee guidelines laid down by the Management Corporation.

Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma in Building & Estate Management or Hospitality Management
• Certified Fire Safety Manager (preferred)
• 3 to 8 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of Building Maintenance & Strata Management Act

Main Tasks and Duties

1. Ensure the steady development of financial market trading operations, with a focus on promoting market-making activities for RMB exchange rates and interest rates, and achieve corresponding business targets

3. Having working experience dealing with China regulatory authorities that are related to RMB and Treasury.

Job Requirements

1. Master degree , preferably in Banking, Finance, Economics,Business Administration or other related disciplines
2. Working Experience 15 years (or above) of experience in Banks and 10 years (or above) of experience in managerial role.
3. Good command of English and Chinese languages as this role will need frequent communication with China regulatory authorities, Singapore regulatory authorities, clients, internal stakeholders and external stakeholders
4. Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
5. Good interpersonal skills to handle stakeholders across multiple departments
