· To conduct performance development reviews and staff appraisals ensuring the Area Manager is advised of any identified training needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full sets of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and accounting standards.
• Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management to support business decision-making.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
• Oversee tax submissions, audits, and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with internal departments to provide financial insights and recommendations for business growth.
• Handle human resource payroll processing and reporting.
• Support general HR administrative tasks, including employee records management and benefits administration, as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance, with a strong grasp of full-set accounting.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., MYOB, SAP, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with payroll processing and general HR functions is a strong advantage.
