Responsibilities

· Creative Vision & Strategy: Lead the creative direction for all events, ensuring that each project has a distinct and cohesive concept. You will define the visual storytelling elements that set SEVENTY2’s events apart, transforming client briefs into impactful designs that resonate.

· Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the events, design, and sales teams to ensure creative concepts align with strategic goals. Participate in brainstorming sessions and guide teams in translating brand messages into unforgettable event experiences. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages experimentation, while delivering high-caliber work that pushes creative boundaries.

· Project Management: Oversee all creative projects, from initial concept to execution, managing timelines, resources, and budgets effectively. Ensure that all deliverables are on-brand, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time.

· Client Engagement: Collaborate with clients to understand their brand, vision, and expectations. Present creative concepts and proposals confidently, adapting ideas as needed to align with client feedback and preferences.

We are seeking an experienced office manager in an architectural firm, responsible for the daily operations of the office, ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently, and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Office Administration & Operations

• Assist in all aspects of administrative duties such as data entry, and preparation of documents and letters (e.g. fee proposals, tender documents, form filling, membership renewals, and others).
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including attending to incoming calls, walk-in clients, and visitors.
• Managing office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.
• Coordinating with employees, management, and external parties.
• Resolving administrative issues, conflicts, and concerns.
• Implementing process improvements, increasing productivity and efficiency.

2. Human Resources Support

• Assist with onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.
• Coordinate employee training and leave application.

When the restaurant manager manages restaurant, it means they order, receive, store and track all of the restaurant's food and beverages, including its equipment and supplies. Therefore, one of this job's key responsibilities is to ensure that there's enough inventory to fulfil the menu requirements and to meet customer demand. To meet these demands, they perform tasks such as:

• monitoring usage rates of the various dishes and managing waste to ensure the restaurant doesn't sustain unnecessary costs
• storing food inventory at the right temperature and in clean, secure units
• preventing shortages or overstocking by monitoring inventory levels and ordering the supplies on time
• In this position, you have the crucial duty to ensure that the physical appearance of the establishment remains attractive, hygienic and comfortable for customers. This involves creating and enforcing a schedule that outlines the daily, weekly and monthly tasks required to keep the place clean. The cleaning usually happens before opening hours and in between busy service periods. Cleaning doesn't only apply to the inside of a restaurant, but also to the external areas, such as the landscaping areas and parking lot.

Key Responsibilities:

   Develop and manage staff rosters to ensure efficient resource allocation and seamless clinic operations.
   Monitor and evaluate the performance of TCM physicians and therapists, providing feedback and actionable improvement plans.
   Ensure compliance with local regulations and standards relevant to TCM practice.
2. Staff Training and Development:
   Design and implement training programs for TCM professionals, including physicians and therapists, to enhance their clinical and customer service skills.
   Conduct regular workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions to keep staff updated on the latest developments in TCM.
   Mentor new and existing team members to align with company values and professional standards.
3. Innovation and Strategic Initiatives:
   Identify and implement innovative ideas to improve clinic operations, enhance patient experience, and drive business growth.
   Collaborate with the leadership team to introduce new services, treatments, or technologies in alignment with market trends and company goals.
   Develop strategies to improve operational efficiency and patient satisfaction.
4. Performance and Reporting:
   Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to clinic operations and staff performance.
   Prepare and present regular operational reports to the leadership team.
   Recommend and execute improvements based on performance data and feedback.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration:
   Work closely with the marketing team to promote new services and initiatives.
   Partner with the HR department for recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement activities.
   Build strong relationships with external partners and vendors to support clinic needs.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; additional certification in TCM is an advantage.
• Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Strong understanding of Traditional Chinese Medicine practices and principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to think strategically and implement innovative ideas.
• Proficient in using operational tools and software to manage schedules, performance, and reporting.
• Familiarity with local regulations governing TCM practice in Singapore.
