Job Responsibilities

Cost Accounting and Inventory Management

• Responsible for accurate processing of month end journals (COGS and inventory related), perform accounts reconciliation, maintain and reconcile inventory ledgers, perform cost variances analysis and accruals including excess and obsolete (E&O) reserve analysis.
• Assist with preparation of month-end and quarter-end management reports (eg flux analysis).

What You Will Do

The R&T Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of ticketing operations and retail management within budgeted objectives, ensuring set revenue targets and KPIs are met, and that highest standards customer service are achieved while taking care of staff wellbeing and satisfaction.

The R&T Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Ensuring sales targets and KPI for tickets, photo/video and merchandise are achieved as set in FY Budget
• Ensuring high standard guest experience
• Maintaining the highest standards of security relating to all aspects of Cash Handling
• Management of T&R Supervisors, Team Leaders and Staff
• Ensuring the highest standard of product and site presentatio
• Overseeing all POS and photo systems
• Managing the retail inventory
• Act as the Duty Manager in rotation with the Operation Manager and the Supervisors
• Maintain and encourage effective communication
