The Job

The Talent

• Help interactions with clients and strengthen our relationships with Mid Tier Corporates & SEA companies
• Ensure that the Bank is in possession of all required facility documents duly executed by the client.
• Initiate KYC process and review the Account on a periodic basis in supporting their business offshore.
• Initiate prospects and assess opportunities for an assigned portfolio of corporate (but not limited to) relationship and new clients.
• Develop a close working relationship with all departments/ sub-departments in order to contribute to overall business development within the SEA Region.
• Conduct analysis on clients’ financial health and needs as well as their industries/ markets on regular basis
• Collect credit request and documents from the clients for our offshore business.
• Collect credit request and documents from the clients and conduct initial analysis, acquiring and evaluating new accounts, structuring credit facilities, performing credit assessment of financial statements, cash flow projections, periodic credit reviews of the existing accounts and loan documentations.
• Perform any other ad-hoc tasks when assigned.

· Explore licensing of products and acquisition of suitable companies through alliances, joint ventures, mergers, etc

Requirements:

· Degree in Accountancy, Business Administration, or equivalent

· More than 10 years of experience in management reporting, accounting, or financial analysis

· Proficient in software tools and financial modelling; experience is an advantage

· Outgoing, independent, and possesses strong people skills

· Ability to interpret financial methodology

· Excellent presentation and writing skills
