Job Summary

Responsible in satisfying hotel guests’ needs through attending to their enquiries and providing solutions and good customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Performs check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensure all reservations are entered in timely and accurate manner.

Job Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College in Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent.
• 1 year work experience required.
• Preferably Entry Level specialized in Hotel Management/Tourism Services or equivalent.

To carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all plumbing and sanitary systems of the Hotel.

• To operate and carry out preventive / breakdown maintenance on all mechanical equipment such as air conditioning system, freezer, refrigerators, pumps, coolers, ice-makers and other refrigeration equipment.
• To carry out painting, polishing and varnishing works at the Hotel.
• To operate and carry out preventive maintenance and repairs of all electrical installations and equipment such as generator, fire protection system lighting and power, etc. at the hotel.
• To assist in energy conservation programme and participate in fire-fighting and safety exercise.
• Any other suitable task as and when assigned by the Maintenance Officer / Assistant Chief Engineer.

Job Requirements

• At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): electrical work, mechanical work, painting

Responsibilities

This position will ensure efficient and courteous services in baggage handling, transport assistance, and general enquiries.

• Work closely with the Assistant Manager and provides courteous services to guests and responds efficiently and tactfully to guests’ complaints, requests and enquires.
• Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception and Bell Counter on guests' arrival and departure.
• Establish contacts with house guests / long staying guests and renders assistance when necessary.
• Make courtesy calls to guests.
• To be well versed and updated on all tourists related information.
• Requisite and keep stock of promotional materials for daily operations.
• Undertake any other duties as may be assigned by his/her superiors diligently and professionally.

Responsibilities:

• Manages Key Access Control
• Maintain the Log Book for contractors working in the hotel in accordance with company’s health and safety policies
• Operates, checks and performs security surveillance on the CCTV system
