The Contracts Manager will lead and manage a team of Quantity Surveyors in the administration and review of procurement and contract management. This role involves reviewing contract documents, providing cost estimates on tenders, and preparing and monitoring project cost budgets and cash flows. Finance Managers Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and execute financial tasks and projects of the organization.
• Make estimates of funds required for the short and long-term financial objectives of the organization.
• Complete financial reports, lead the month-end closing process and conduct monthly financial forecast.

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:

• Evaluating and optimizing marketing and pricing strategies.

Job Description

1. LNG Carrier Business

• Commercial management during pre-delivery and post-delivery of newbuilding vessels for LNG projects
• Commercial management of the existing LNG projects
• Involve in commercial support and contractual agreements review in various LNGC projects
• Manage business relationship with customers (LNG carrier charterers, LNG sellers and purchasers)
• Marketing support of K Line’s tonnage; if any
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

2. LNG Bunkering business in Singapore - Commercial management

• Manage/coordinate day to day operations with the concerned parties
• Support in technical claims/trouble management
• Preparation of budget and management of funds
• Manage regular and ad hoc meetings with concerned parties
• Involved in other alternative fuel project(s)
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

3. New Energy Business

• Support to fuel strategy & procurement group and carbon neutral promotion group in Headquarter.
• Any other ad-hoc assignments

Job Requirement

• Preferably some relevant working experience in either LNG, Oil, LPG or Oil industry
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish and maintain strong professional relationships
• Highly effective written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to travel as needed

1. Responsible for the organization, planning, control and execution of project.
2. Establish and implement controls to ensure that works are carried out safely according to the works programme
3. Ensure that the works are carried out in accordance with the Project Quality & Safety Plan, contract requirements, including drawings and specifications
4. Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
5. Resolve technical difficulties and other issues that may arise

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Undertakes product ownership on range of semiconductor equipment (See www.mit.com.sg on product range)

2. Define & plan the projects schedule and resources and kick off meetings

3. Carry out Product/Technology benchmarking with R&D and Marketing

4. Supports Technical Sales in specs review, costing and evaluation of new product requirements

5. Interfaces with customers on project status and technical reviews

6. Manages Product Evaluation programs with Customers

7. Oversees CIP programs to extend product life cycle

8. Interfaces with Engineering Development teams to resolve all technical field issues within the assigned Product family

9. Other tasks assign by supervisor as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

1. At least a good Bachelor’s degree in a Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or Electrical discipline

2. Knowledge in basic engineering concepts / equipment product development

3. Experienced in project management & leading cross functional teams

4. Able to multitask multiple projects & good time management skills

5. Good leadership, teamwork and able to work with different levels of the organization
