You will be responsible for:

• Collaborate with Sales Manager (SM) to recruit qualified salespeople and deliver sales volume, distribution, and in-store fundamentals for Guardian and Watsons channels.
• Train new sales executives and implement business improvement strategies.
• Work with the commercial management team to develop and implement sales and marketing strategies.
• Ensure effective route-to-market execution by communicating strategies with team members.
• Close deals to ensure long-term business success and profitability.
• Negotiate promotional, visibility, and distribution plans, listing ambitions, and trading term renewals.
• Encourage a data-driven mindset to inform decision-making.
• Identify gaps in current practices and propose commercially viable solutions.

You will be required to have:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in an FMCG environment covering Guardian/Watsons channel is a must
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving abilities.
• Meticulous, mature, and tactful personality with integrity.
• Self-driven and a team player

Location: West

Responsibilities:

• Lead / direct estimating resources, post-mortem analysis of costs, and proposing costing strategies through the review and analysis of completed projects
• Lead E&A (Estimation & Analysis) team in vendor and customer techno-commercial clarifications & negotiations together with Procurement / Subcontracting teams / Marketing team
• Develop, establish, and implement effective business processes / effective review of tender specifications within the E&A team
• Ensure the setting up of a robust bid analysis system to evaluate cost estimates metrics by trades, categories, cost codes etc.
• Responsible for leading the triangulation / implementation of cost estimating strategies for projects, including direct labour, materials, permanent equipment, construction equipment, project conceptual layout, outsourcing, etc.
• Responsible for conducting tender costing review with senior management and tender committee for approval
• Responsible for the preparation and issuance of project budget for commercial handover to Project Managers and Production upon project award
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering / Marine & Offshore
• 10 years of experience working as an Estimator in Oil & Gas sector
• Oil & Gas fabrication estimating experience preferred

Job Summary:

As the Technical Lead/Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the development and migration of projects using Thunderhead 6.0 and Xceptor tools. You will lead a team of developers, ensuring that projects are executed efficiently and effectively while meeting business requirements and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the acquisition and development of software systems in organisational units.
• Monitor the results and quality of the different software solutions and projects implemented in the organisation.
• Lead the design, development, migration, and implementation of solutions using Thunderhead 6.0 and Xceptor tools.
• Oversee the development of Proof-of-Concept/ solutions and provide technical expertise on the development of software and platform features, ensuring that appropriate security and risk factors are considered.

• Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely completion of milestones and deliverables.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to team members, promoting best practices in coding, testing, and implementation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues during the migration and implementation phases, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Work with cross-functional teams to integrate solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of project processes, architecture, and implementation strategies.
• Stay updated on the latest developments and features in Thunderhead 6.0 and Xceptor tools, as well as industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Significant experience with Thunderhead and Xceptor tools, demonstrated through previous projects.
• Prior experience in a technical lead or similar role, with proven expertise in project management.
• Strong coding skills and understanding of software development methodologies.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
