Junior Sous Chef supervises the staffs and oversees daily operations of the kitchen. He/She ensure that the food preparation is according to SOPs and upkeep kitchen hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of food items according to the standards in place and all food items are in perfect sanitary condition

• Provide quality service to guests request/feedback, carry out service recovery measures and and following up with traces.

• Ensure all facilities maintenance works are carried out with the least disruption to the business operations with appropriate scheduling, action plans and safety concerns

Responsibilities & Duties :

• Perform general maintenance and repairs on plumbing, electrical.
• Ensure guest rooms are well-maintained, including fixing plumbing, electrical, and furniture issues.
• Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities to identify potential maintenance problems.
• Respond to emergency repair needs (e.g., burst pipes, electrical outages, power trip, water heater malfunction,promptly.
• Maintain the hotel’s exterior, including landscaping, parking lots, and outdoor lighting.

Ensuring that all security staff are trained on policies and procedures including conflict resolution techniques

· Maintaining good relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure they can be called upon in case of an emergency
