Key Responsibilities:

4. Sales and Customer Service
○ Generate positive vibes, convert leads and handle customer inquiries.
5. Lead conversion and Trial Classes

6. Customer Interaction
○ Attend inquiries, assist parents and handle complaints professionally.
7. Financial Administration
○ Manage termly invoicing, handle payments and send reminders for new signups.
