Key Objectives:
To performs accounting services and providing administrative support. Assist with the maintenance and updates of finance policies and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in formulating and implementing internal control procedure.
• Assist in the review and recommend new or improvements to finance work processes.
• Daily monitoring of inward transactions.
• Work closely with external counterparts for completion of monthly closing.
• Ensure accurate & timely submission of claims and prompt disbursements.
• Responsible for the processing of GIRO Application Forms and liaison with respective banks for approval.
• Provide reliable details for cashflow projections.
• Maintain Fixed Assets Register along with regular asset count.
• Proper documentation of workflow and policies.
• Review AP ageing with long outstanding balances and follow-up closely for closure.
• Liaison with audit partners.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.
• Ensures compliance with local government requirements
• Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned

Requirement:

• At least Diploma in Accounting / Finance or related fields
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Accounting

Daily/Monthly Tasks:

• Perform account receivables transaction, including verifying and posting of receivable data
• Maintain and assist in generating reports detailing account receivable status (receivable aging, credit limit)
• Work with commercial team to ensure financial transaction and accruals are accounted correctly
• Preparation of monthly banners/brands performance, highlighting trends and variances in key performance indicators

Budget/ Estimate:

Job Description

• Assisting the Fund Services Manager and Managing Partner for all client matters and maintains client relationships.
• Preparation of the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, financial statements and associated reports.
• Initiate wire and account transfer transactions through various internet banking platforms to settle fund’s expenses, redemptions and subscription money movements etc.
• Preparation and maintenance of investment documents and schedules
• Coordinate investor servicing activities, including fund investor onboarding / KYC, und investor queries, capital calls and distributions.
• Maintenance of fund entity & investor contact database.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the candidate may be requested to perform other ad hoc duties or projects as requested.
